A Cabernet Franc from Paraje Altamira, Valle de Uco, Mendoza in Argentina.

Harvested in the third week of april and aged 12 months in French oak barrels.

Smooth tannins. At below room temperature medium-full body, with a nice balance of spice and fruit. An hour after decanting the spice and fruit become more prominent and the sensation fuller.
