This one is a simple yoghurt-based sauce that works well with a variety of dishes.
You’ll need around 1 1/2 dl of yoghurt, preferably Greek or Turkish, 1/2 to 1 chili fruit, depending on how spicy you like it, 2 cloves of garlic, and salt.
Remove the seeds from the chili fruit and cut it into pieces. Cut the garlic into 3-4 pieces as well.
Place all the ingredients in a blender and mix until the yoghurt turns pink. Add salt to taste and it’s done.
Serve it with, for instance, these Filled Chicken Filets.
