We’re not complaining. Researchers have found that lager beer could help men’s health
In a study published in the Journal of Agricultural and Food Chemistry researchers have found that it could in fact be a beer, not an apple, a day that keeps the doctor away.
Apparently men who regularly hoisted a tall, cold one were found to develop a more diverse intestinal microbiome, which could have health benefits.
Unfortunately the study says nothing about the effects on women. Maybe cider works just as well?
